1. Service Description

Launch Bridge LLC provides AI-assisted business formation services, including document preparation, filing assistance, and business planning tools. We are a document preparation service, not a law firm, and do not provide legal advice.

2. Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this website or in our documents constitutes legal advice. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed Virginia attorney for complex business situations. Our service is limited to document preparation and filing assistance.

3. AI-Generated Materials

Some business materials provided as part of our Services, including business plan drafts and other documents, are generated with the assistance of AI tools. AI-generated materials may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed and verified by you before being relied upon, submitted to any third party, or used for legal, financial, or tax purposes.

4. Fees

Our total fee is $350 per LLC formation, charged as a single flat payment:

• Launch Bridge service fee (document prep, AI-generated materials, filing coordination): $250
• Virginia SCC state filing fee (paid directly to the Commonwealth on your behalf): $100
• Total: $350

You never pay Virginia separately.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Full refund before we file. No refund after filing.

6. Filing Timeline

We will submit your LLC filing to the Virginia SCC within 72 hours of receiving your completed order and payment. Virginia SCC processing typically takes 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the Virginia SCC or IRS.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

We submit your filing on your behalf but do not guarantee that the Virginia SCC, the IRS, or any other government agency will approve or accept your filing.

8. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and complete. Launch Bridge LLC is not liable for filing errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

9. Limitation of Liability

Launch Bridge LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for our service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Launch Bridge LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or inaccurate information you provided.

11. Termination

Launch Bridge LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of our website or Services.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
