1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide when using our LLC formation service, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, mailing address
• Business information
• Social Security Number (SSN), for the purpose of filing your EIN application with the IRS

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• File your Virginia LLC Articles of Organization with the Virginia State Corporation Commission
• Apply for your EIN with the IRS on your behalf
• Generate your business formation documents
• Communicate with you about your order
• Process your payment through our payment processor, Stripe

3. Social Security Number

Your SSN is collected solely for the purpose of completing IRS Form SS-4 (EIN application).

• Encrypted using Google Cloud KMS (AES-256) before storage
• Automatically deleted from our systems within 72 hours, or immediately after your EIN is issued — whichever comes first
• Never transmitted to or processed by any AI system, including Google Gemini
• Google Cloud Platform serves as our infrastructure sub-processor under Google's Data Processing Agreement
• You may request immediate deletion of your SSN at any time by contacting support@launchbridge.ai

4. Data Storage

Your business information (excluding SSN) is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to:

• Complete your filing (Virginia SCC, IRS)
• Process your payment (Stripe)

Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe. Launch Bridge LLC does not store your full card or bank account numbers.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security breach affecting your unencrypted personal information, Launch Bridge LLC will notify affected individuals as required by the Virginia data breach notification law and any other applicable law.

7. Your Data Rights

You may contact us at support@launchbridge.ai to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our obligations to retain records required to complete or document your filing.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
